That's interesting. Do you think I underpriced?
Thanks. I must sell regularly because its full time business for me. Domain investment and trading is my bread and butter. To answer your question currently approx 2K.You are quite a regular at selling domains, so whats your portfolio size?
Hi congrats on your sale.Picked SlotsForYou in .com on 29th Dec'19 for 20 USD and sold it for $300 USD on 12th Jan 2020@ Flippa. 250 USD profit within 15 days. Money making is very easy with the domains if you know what to sell.
No Crypto or stock market gives that ROI. #nomoreinfo will be provided.
Purchased 2 months ago for $145 at GoDaddy. Sold via outbound.
Looks like @Rob Monster was on to something with respect to hyphen domains.

Nah, hyphens suck, stay away from them@JudgeMind and I were chatting about hyphens last night. He picked up free-trials.com for cheap at Epik and will probably get 100X or more on his money. He had this to say about his hyphen exits.

So, sure, folks can ignore the advice about hyphens but they would be missing out.
Key thing is BRANDABILITY. Don't buy EMD hyphens. Buy brands with hyphens!!

Anyway, warms my heart to see folks find niches with asymmetric returns. This is one of them.

lead came through twitter actually
Ha-ha.
As hard as it is to do, remember to selflessly teach the brothers and sisters to fish. That's how providence works -- you show people your fishing hole, and providence finds you a better fishing hole.
The whole "it is better to give than receive" is not crazy talk. There is life-changing wisdom in overcoming scarcity mindset.
@Rob Monster what's your view on vegan-stores.com?Ha-ha.

OK I'll give an insight into the prize I pulled out of the, ahem, fishing-hole, last year:
black hyphen and hyphen white dot com, purchased at NJ for 69 in '19, sold at 5.7K last year.
@Rob Monster what's your view on vegan-stores.com?
Noted. Thanks Rob@nivadriver - I have seen that trick. It works for non-hyphens too. Good on you for sharing.
It wants to be a store directory but unfortunately you are 10+ years late for that strategy. Vegan-Store.com is a brand candidate, but the plural is harder to monetize or brand without a lot of SEO work.
Since you are now past the 5 day tasting window by 1 day, I think you set the SEO-friendly lander on it and wait for an offer. Take the first offer and call it a win.
Did you acquire it as a gd closeout ?
HiDid you acquire it as a gd closeout ?
Sharing my first sale for the Year 2020
Domain: Health//Coaching //.co
Price : $1297
Venue: Afternic

I have a question about how often Squadhelp accept and decline your names?
Hello, congratulations for the saleSmart/Ads/ .co
SH, $1999 in installments.
Backordered for $15, hold time 5 months.
I am fairly new to domaining and its been a great year to learn things.
few of my unreported sales from 2019.. nothing stellar though.
DAN
tax//spy.com 995
time//stall.com 995
nuro//safe.com 500
SEDO
keyword//boss.com 600
yak//pay.com 595
quantum//cloak.com 995
AFTERNIC
excel//equity.com 325
better//health.info 595
bitcoin//disk.com 500
bit//gram.org 500
track//blockchain.com 995
vr//ecstasy.com 500
first//chain.net 250
One thing I have noticed is although, I have all my domains directed to DAN, most of the sales have been on either SEDO or AFTERNIC. But DAN is a great tool to manage domains.
none at all.no outobund right?
Yes. Except tax//spy dotcom. It was either a GD closeout / auction but the cost was no more than $35 if I remember correctly. This question reminds me of one more thing I have learned which is, we must handreg more often. I would say roughly 30% of my domains are either bought in auctions or closeouts but as you can see handregs beat them all.were they handregs?
I think I hold hardly only about 10% of my portfolio for a second year. I drop everything else without blinking an eye but of course I replenish it quickly with what I think are better ones.did you hold them long roughly?
I will hopefully get a chance to try this feature next month, as I have a selected stack of domains that needs outbound.I do like to finalize via add lead with dan
I thought once I list on Afternic it will automatically appear on GD. Do you separately list it on GD ?alll gd makeoffer sales
same here..i write about these cause I know how important and inspiring it is for me to read other domainers sales
Do you list with best offer only or buy it now with make offer?
I thought once I list on Afternic it will automatically appear on GD. Do you separately list it on GD ?
Also how is your ROI on .ca and .io ?
same here..
Do you have all your names on GD? I mean you have them regged there?i personally strongly dislike afternic. i had few sales there.. but most is useless price requests that go nowhere.. i do list my names there... but i don't count on much there. that being said, my poriority place though I list everywhere I can, is gd auctions. I make sure to list there first and list there directly... no going through afternic etc... like everyone i just try to stick to what works best for me.... in my case its gd... but i think your right if u list afternic it goes to gd also... but it'll still come as some silly price request...which u then hve to set bin for on afternic, and all my stuff is makeoffer.. and i dislike to be bothered settings bins on afternic only to monitor them and remove later if they do not sell.. and usually they do not sell from price requests for me. i like the whole sale process on gd.. now they made it mega fast with automated auth code entering etc. its a breeze now... used to be 20 days for payment etc.
i own very few .ca... they sell rarely.. but if u pick right, there is a chance... im trying to keep away from regging new ones.
.io is somehitng i like.. but you need to make good picks... at $30 reg and renew, it adds up fast... but if u have good ones then you will get some offers and sales.
hope this helps. cheers.

do you still need to have auction account in order to list for auction ?no not at all. but given their market works best for me for offers/sales, i thought about it before. it'd be great for pushing to buyer etc.. still with the new automated system for postsale managing, it works out ok to transfer.. just the occasional rare 60 day lock for new regs. i am not big fan of their interface though.. nor the domain club fees... nor the fact they lock my names on day -30 if there are expired auction bids....
like many, i try hard to consolidate my folio to one place... for me thats dynadot. ok prices overall. ok interface. solid support... still if i need to transfer sometimes, gd is usualy my 2nd choice. but thats basicaly just for .com...else the prices are better elsewhere.
