this is .org (no type-ins) and the niche is extremely competitive so exacts do not really add too much value (there are other important metrics too)

i'd put mid $xx to low $xxx on the name (retail) with low sale probability (because of the extension - many good EMD/brandable reasonably priced .coms are for sale)

I would say less than $100 to be honest.

First, it's a .ORG domain as stated before. Also, the domain doesn't make too much sense in my opinion. It's two words that are basically the same thing...

Well, I think the exact searches is a positive factor that add value, the problem is the extention that is not the ideal nor looks well with the name.

Low $xxx or less would be in my opinion an asking price for a sure sell, more would be possible but starts to become less probably
