This name is freshly regged from an available names list here and I was curious about the value of it. .BIZ was the only extension left for that name. now that either tells me I got lucky it was available, or the name sucks and that is the reason why it was still unregistered in that extension.

I thought it would work great for a WiFi Business, or anyone dealing in wireless products.

Anyone have any thoughts on this name?

connected.biz has an immediate wi-fi or internet connotation. The negativity of the prefix makes it more suitable to some zany, rebellious, off-beat site or as a parody (poke fun at people/organisation who are just not with it).

Agree with SellMeUrDomain, set it up as a slam site about celebrities who just are not in touch with reality or something like that. The only "business" use I can think of is a VOIP site convincing people to get disconnected from their phone company and try voice over internet.

You could develop a one-pager site and affiliate it with one (or several) of those phone/cellphone companies which specialize in selling to people who've had their phones disconnected. A quick Google seach gave me Tembo.com and TeleReconnect.com, but there are many companies who advertise this type of service.

That would be the ideal use for this name IMHO.

In my opinion this is a really nice name. The .biz is the problem but you can sell it for 70-80$ if you find a good buyer interested in it.

Tembo.ca and Telereconnect.com were in the top five, if I remember correctly. Good luck with the name!
