I think it's great that Disco is making a comeback. It will show all those Millennials/Gen X/V/Z/K/F/T/O/~/§'s or whatever, what decent dance music is.

Just like it was shown in the movie Anon, people with sufficient skills can find ways to evade the system and keep what they want anonymous/private. Hiding in plain sight, etc.
The only trouble with this is that such skills are not widespread among the population and not everyone can learn them even if they wanted to.
