I think there's some value if you find the right customer. If you want to do the leg work and combine the two suggestions, find some places that hold annual runs through the mud. If they have their act together but have bad domain names, send them an email.
Most of these probably won't have a big budget though, so you'll have to adjust your expectations. Say $1000 if you can find a large org that may handle several of these a year and be happy if you can clear $500.
