I'm selling my web directory as I need money for a new project.

360+ links have been submitted into the directory since launch.

It's been making a dollar now and then with google adsense with some days, adsense spiking up to $4.

We have submitted the site to hundreds of other directories so are expecting a PR update next time google updates and have also bought paid advertising on a large forum which is bringing in some traffic also.

The directory is running the paid version of PHPLD which is worth $25.

The site is not that old so I'm selling it cheap. With some more work you could easily make your money back.

$5 if I can get channeled revenue stats. Thats pretty rare to get $10 in revenue for just 145 unique visitors.

That's the only site I've been using adsense on other than one other which didn't get many, if not any Click Throughs. Without the channelled revenue it's still worth it imo. $25 bid recieved at Talk Freelance.
