Directory submission (Opinion needed)

I am planning on starting a directory submission service & have already done the ground work of finding true SEO friendly directories that also allow anchor text, i have found 203 so far, I am now happy with my list for now...

Now my question is pricing, What would you say a fair price would be for a submission service that would provide:

203 quality directory submissions

PR's range from 1-9

Real urls with anchor text allowed

Most paid submissions cost around $20. My advice is to consider properly before making any investments because there are already so many providers around - just look at the Adsense ads for search engine submission.

Plus, there are also lots of free submissions available and that's why I couldn't charge for mine.
