DirectI Problem

I had recently registered for a DirectI Reseller account through the offer available for Whois.Cart() owners. I deposited funds of $7.00 USD last Saturday, knowing that the weekend usually isn't buisness hours I decided to wait until tuesday, since it told me that it takes around 2 days because I have an Unverified PayPal account. Well I e-mailed the billing department and they told me that I should get my PayPal account address verified or have proof of my credit card. Unfortunately I do not have a credit card, so I am unable to do what they asked. I also contacted Live Help today, and they told me that they would leave them a note stating my problem. At the moment I really don't know what I should do next if nothing comes up, would I be eligable for a refund if my DirectI account is not credited? If anyone is able to help me out that would be great, Thanks.
