Hard one to evaluate. I think it's a nice domain, but the "dining" and "table" keywords limits a bit.
So I don't think it would be used for furniture business unless a small sized one, and then you are likely looking at a low price for the domain.

The words together are not quite right. You buy a "dining table" and the word "furniture" doesn't quite fit right. That said, it's not terrible in that it's relevant at least.

There's chance a furniture store might by it as a redirect domain for the keywords, but that seems to be dying out now.

I don't think that range is unreasonable at all. It will most likely take a long time to sell, years likely, so just list it and if an offer comes in decide then based on how frequently you get offers and what they are.
