I am hesitant to suggest a dollar valuation, but just wanted to say that I really like it as a name for either online distant health or robo-assisted health, for example robo assisted surgeries or using AI in interpretation of medical images.

The search and CPC help support value of name.
doctors .md sold for $12,000 back in 2011 (but that is larges .md sale in NameBio)
online .md sold for $2500 in 2008
There are a bunch of digital exact word sales in $$$$ in various extensions.

The trick in finding a buyer will be low familiarity with the .md extension among the general public.

Thank you for the detailed opinion. I consider this search term "digital" to be contemporary and strong, but tld. .md a bit speculative. It is still being sold for a reasonable price.
