Hi People, can you use the word DIGG in a domain. I know the word DIGG has a TM on it. So how dose one stand on that front, thx in adv, Co2.

Yes Digging is a dictionary word therefore generic. However DIGG is a branded and trademarked word.

1. Why would you want to use Digg in a domain? It is not even a word and is not that great.

2. What kind of site is it? If a digg style site or anything similar, no.

However, there are tons of sites that exist with TM's in them. Example PayPalSucks.com

They have some good info on how they have stayed alive all these years.
