Difference between Webadmin and Cpanel?

Can anybody tell me what the difference is between Webadmin and Cpanel packages?
I saw a few offers in the Web Hosting offers section.

Never heard of webadmin but you may be referring to webmin. cPanel is a hosting based application, while webmin (if were on the same page here - webadmin/webmin) is a server managing based application. One is made for hosting users in sub accounts while the other (webmin) is made for and "easier" type server administration environment.

I don't think there is much difference between cPanel and Webadmin. These are 2 control panels are made for easier management of your server. Maybe there is some tech differences but not great. I guess oly the person who used both can tell you about it for sure.
I use only cPanel and never used Webadmin.

Do the VPS packages woth Cpanel or Webadmin come with WHM and WHMReseller?

cPanel always comes with WHM if there is a reseller, VPS, or dedicated solution involved. WHMReseller depends solely upon the provider and if they choose to offer it or not. Just a word to the wise, there's a reason WHM was not originally given the ability for resellers to create reseller accounts on their own.

Oh!I though since VPS means full root access,whmReseller was enabled by default.

whmReseller is not a part of the cPanel/WHM configuration- it's a mod made by Deasoft and therefore something separate that you must install on your own as well as purchase a license for (I'm not entirely sure, but I don't recall it being free).

On a VPS you have WHM (not to be confused with WHMreseller) to create both shared and reseller accounts.

WHMreseller is an entirely different piece of software that allows your resellers to resell. I wouldn't recommend WHMreseller on any server much less a VPS.
