Difference between one way & directory link

hi guys, that is my question i think very silly question but i am some confused what difference one way & directory link.

how to get without reciprocal link only for relevant site back link. If know any one please tell me and clear my doubt.......

Some directories require reciprocal links, but some don't. Find those that don't and submit to them, and you'll get one-way links.

Its better for you if you only submit to directories that do NOT require reciprocal links. Most new ones will not require a reciprocal and you will than receive that one way link.
