Realistically, that's the kind of name that costs money with little chance of payback - unless you develop out the site and create a little additional traffic/value.
Reason: It's good enough that most want to hang on to it - it's a real word, there must be a buyer - right? .com, yes you would prob sell it. But, it's not that good of a word in .net.
If you really like it, build it out and make use of the name - it's a business name that would look good on a card!
If you are holding as an investment (my opinion & this is ONLY my opinion - take with a grain of salt), you will be asking the sale question - at least to yourself in the next couple of years.
