Hi, I would like to know how much my domain Diablo3.net can sell for.

The .com version of this domain name directs to the official website for the Diablo 3 video game.

Thanks

Drop this one, Diablo is a trademark, it will only lead to trouble

I would also remove those "Diablo" ads on it as well, that is indicating bad faith

I didn't put those ads on it, that is the default page for the registrar. The domain name was dropped recently and I registered it. The creation date was 2003 before I picked it up.

Diablo has a dictionary definition of "devil", in what ways can it lead to trouble?

It doesn't matter how the ads got there, you are responsible for the domain and what shows on it. Once you register a domain, it's your responsibility. It doesn't matter what the definition is, if it's serving ads for a trademark and you have that TM in the domain, you are risking legal action.

Is Diablo 3 in the dictionary? Why did you buy it outside the popular video game?

Don't pick up TM domains. Not worth the trouble. Drop it ASAP!

1) The ads are Diablo 3 ads
2) Check USPTO.gov for Diablo trademarks

Diablo has a dictionary definition of "devil"

"Apple" is also a dictionary word, it makes no difference

Geez, first rule, never drop or delete a name out of fear. Get some damn balls. Almost every time a dispute is filed with ICANN you will be contacted by the legal counsel of the company first, at which point it's an easy $1,000 - 1500 sale. They will pay ICANN 2k for the dispute. You can actually make around $1,500.00 by cybersquatting. It's ruthless, but effective. It's not a "crime" whatsoever.

People on here said trademark violation and drop it, as usual. Diablo3 is not even trademarked. Crazy people around here scream drop it without researching it first. That's what I call fairly reckless and bad advice from people who should know better.

Bottom line, never delete a name out of fear.

You should pay $159 and trademark it real quick and take it from them. :D

Then tell them 1 mill to buy the trademark.
