I cant see any value in this one. The typo hurts this name and combined with the .NET, it loses all its value.

I would watch namebio and dnjournal every week to see what type of names sell, read for a few months first before registering anymore names.

Well, according google keyword planner, diabetes has 1 200 000 average monthly searches, and diabeties has 8100 average monthly searches, so some visitors can come to your site it seems
