They cant touch you if you leave any mention of their company out of it.
You must not be seen to be profiting from their name.
i.e. do not put courier/delivery based PPC on it.

I'd stick it up on a one-page website.
Stick a big logo on it saying 'Domain Hosting Links - Coming Soon'

If they want it, they will call you. You will be in a position of strength.
