DevNerds was launched less then 14 days ago as a community for Pro and Novice developers to discuss developer topics. We have been getting alot of traffic as you can see from the stats, and every day we have been having new members join. The past 4 days has seen a boost from 40 members to 203! There are always guests online and always members using the forums.



I have only just added adsense, but we have made $4.00 in the 2 days its been up on the forums.



The buyer will recive all the domains, hosting and members. We are not including the VB package, as we have uses for it after we have sold this domain.



This is a great development for anyone willing to increase revenue and put in a bit of work, plus There is constant traffic. There was 2 days were unique visits were low (24, 45) because we was moving hosts.

Alright, I am a noob at this but, when you say no vbulletin liscence included, does that mean we have to go buy our own vbulletin script if we want to keep the forums?

Yeah, you will need to have a VB licence to keep forums. But some people already have one so its a case of adding the domain to your account on the VB website.
