Hey guys, picked up the domain DevForums.org and was wondering of its value? Could be a site for discussing web development, programming, ect. ect.

I'm not a forum DN expert but Id say low xx. with the .org and all.

I wouldn't rule out the domain being valuable because of the 1.org extension. There have been a bit of decent sized forums that have a .org extension.
