Im thinking of using this one for nails, spas, cosmetics ect what you guys think? Any good value to this domain name?

It's a cool name.

Would be better in .COM.

If you're developing it, then that's not such an issue. As a .ORG, it will be tough to resell. .ORGs as such do sell quite well, but generally not when they're brandables aiming at commercial use. For that, .COM is best.
