Developing affiliate websites for resale

I have a question regarding the development of affilaite websites for future resale...

I am currently working on 3 projects that i hope to resell....one is a adsense type site, the other uses link share affiliate program.

How can i i place the affilate add code so that it is easy to update and modify if and when i sell the site? Right now i'm hard coding, for example, the google adwords right onto my templates....but i'm thinking later down the road thats gunna be a mofu to update ....

the other site that is still not done and is not adsense related is http://gemfever.com ive made it into a affiiate mini site...all items through out the web site has a certian affiliate code for that particular product. is there a smarter way i could be placing the products so that if and when i decide to resell the site, it's easy to update the code to the buyers affid?

anny suggestions would be helpfull....

The best way to do this would be to use a content management system and then doing a search and replace in one shot. Plus it would be easier to sell a content management site that they can edit themselves and I know where you can get one
