Developing a website - Registration, hosting suggestions wanted

Hi friends,

I hope everyone is doing well and enjoying the holidays. I am looking to develop a website for a completely legal talent agency (non adult)and looking for help with the following:

1) Domain name registration - Anonymity preferred

2) Domain name hosting - I want the site to be able to host photos and bios of the talent as well as have a function for the talent to be able to submit photos and applications

3) Basic email functionality

This is the start but eventually I would like to add further functionality.

I prefer anonymity wherever possible.

Any suggestions on how I should go about this

There is a site where I buy my names, privacy comes at no extra charges unlike Godaddy. We also have hosting at great rates, but you'll have to know how to setup your site once inside, or hire a web guy to help you. We don't do that. But you can explore the pages at: Domains2Order.com
