Hi guys/gals,

I'm a fairly novice PHP/MySQL developer looking for other designers and developers (primarily in the UK) to work with on several projects I have in mind. When I say I'm a "novice" I mean that I can code the typical stuff; blogs, image galleries, community style websites. But I wouldn't consider myself an expert :)

So back to the point of my post; I have some very large projects in mind that I need help with. Some are so large that it'd take me an extremely long time to work on them independantly, so I'm looking for outside assistance. Some of the ideas I consider unique, so any specific details you want will unfortunately be preceded by a NDA (Non-disclosure Agreement), but others I'm happy to talk about without an NDA.

Some of these projects will involve creating limited companies in the UK so anyone willing to offer their services will be given shares accordingly.

Serious offers only please, and if contacting me via PM or other means, please provide a portfolio of some sort so I can get an idea on your skillset.
You DON'T have to be from the UK, but for reasons of shares it makes life a lot easier. Ideally I can't deal with someone who's only available to work an hour a week, I need someone who can do at least 5-10 hours a week.

EDIT: Just to reiterate, you will NOT be paid $$$ or £££ to help me work on these projects. You will be paid by owning half/part of the project depending on how many people are involved - it will be split evenly.

Thanks :)
