Developer Needed! $50 for development of Directory

I am currently in need of a developer to build me a directory web site.
My current template for my directory can be seen on my Web site DirectoryFire.com . The template is a clean looking template but the colors need to be changed to red.

I want a more customized directory- i.e. perhaps I will use the payed version of http://www.phplinkdirectory.com/ Also I want the verification image for links to be changed to something that is easier to read. I need a place for banners and google adsence etc.

I basically need a developer to guide me throught the development and perhaps offer me some customization.

I also need a custom logo design for directoryfire. I will use a developer for the logo design if they are somewhat talented, other wise I will be running an 18 dollar logo contest here on name pros.
