why are people asking for website appraisals when the forum is clearly called 'domain appraisals'?

well, there isnt a site appraisal forum and this seems like the closest one. And forexpros, the place where i asked has nothing to do with teh value of the site so unless you have a decent appraisal to make, dont make one.
