Why I'm selling:
I'm 19 years old, work as an EMT for a county 911 EMS service and as an EMT/Firefighter for a township fire department. I'm also double majoring in college in Law Enforcement and Paramedic Science -- all the while caring for my fully disabled mother who suffers from MS.

I absolutely love what I've created in this site and all the members involved. We've all became great friends and in all reality I don't want to sell. BUT - with all I have going on - I feel that perhaps allowing someone who has the time required to market, manage, and expand on what I've built in the best interest. I hate to think of watching what I've built go down hill do my lack of time to put into it.

What money will be used for:
I will use the money made from the sale of this site to further my education and training. Look at your investment in this site as more than just a business venture but as possibility enabling someone to make a direct impact in countless lives.

1. Paid Supporters recieve a user title/badge, access to the arcade, access to the paid supporters lounge, and speical offers from time to time.

2. Yes, if the new owner requests me to stay involved I'll have no problem doing so.

3. The license is included, is owned, and is currently active until next year.

Perhaps I should, but I don't have a price set in my mind. I see it as a buyer's market and offer's will be evaluated as they come in.

1. Approx. $300/adsense (currently avg $2/day) and the rest is from paid memberships and donations. The site has also turned a small revenue (<$100) through affilate programs.

2. The site is currently loading fine here ... please let me know if you continue having any problems.
