Desparately need help

Can anyone tell me where I can find tutorials.. to create simple forms...All I need just add to my site form that ask user name, email... and I can respond to that and may be content box. I know how to do form in html.. or even in Java Script... but do i really have to learn server nad php.. before I can create that one simple form? I lost last week to search.. all I am getting is all lovely php tutorials.. cgi .. java . .started study..but it is going to take ages.

By the way Excuse my English. I Probably will learn sooner or later more programming but at this point of time I just want my website to host... with couple forms from clients. I can do email in html.. but .. it is not what I want..

Please Help me anyone at least direct me .. I got dreamweaver.. and can create in dreamweaver form too.. still no idea how to ad to those forms those php codes Do I really need to know about server?

Thank you. And if it is no simpler solution ... and I have to first learn about servers.. .then php and Cold Fusion .I will.. ( i am intending anyhow in the future... to learn because need to learn databases) but at this moment i want my site to publish>

I can help you out with some simple forms and stuff. You can get them to send via email or you need CGI.
