I offer cheap, professional web design services. I can code, but only HTML and CSS.
If you have any templates that need coded I can also code them at $10 each.
If you need a website designed, I can design a site (index only) for $75 or $85 (Including subpages). I can also design and code custom forum skins for Invision Power Board at $50 each. For some examples of my work, check out these links.
