Design feedback please

i'm working on a design for a informational website about ebay and auctioning
and i was hoping to get some feedback on the style and color choices

I like the colors that you have picked! The only change I would suggest along the lines of colors would be to change the column with the ads in it to a brighter yellow. Not really bright just a little so that it blends a little better with the rest of the color scheme. What do you plan on puting in the middle? Good luck with this project. You have got a nice start!
