It’s just a funnel with paid advertising on fb(which i saw on my feed after viewing this site)
are these written by you is that where the value comes in? Does the new owner get the rights?

3500 is undervalued. That funnel can easily make way more. I just dont have the passion for the business. I'd rather take 3500 and start another different one.

Written by me yes. You get the rights to the site, email, anything on-page. Plugins installed until the year expires etc. You get the resale rights to the ebook as well. No organic traffic at the moment.
