I think it could be developed very nicely, but then again, almost every domain can be made into a VERY popular website if you put the work into it.

Good name but extension isn't good. Low $xx resale value. Might fetch high $xx or more to an end user.

I've considered the fact that all major TLDs and desireable CCtlds have been registered.
