I have timeindubai .com what are people’s thoughts on this please? Interestingly people google ‘time in dubai’ over 60,000 times per month too...

Actually, Keywords Everywhere plugin is telling me search volume is 823,000/mo.

Not sure what $$$ value the domain has because those people are probably mostly searching for what the time is in Dubai. Not sure how to monetize that, especially when google tells them straight away.

But Cost Per Click for Google Ads is $1.15.

I have a feeling you can find someone to pay at least $500 for this domain, but that's just a feeling based on # of searches and popularity of Dubai.

No value. Many types of things have high search volume. Doesn't mean they have value in domains.

It could have value for a travel related site. But the exact keywords used in the domain are the keywords people are using to lookup time in Dubai, not to buy tickets.
But I can see the domain used to make a site related to travel there. No doubt about it.
I would not dump the domain. I would definitely try to sell it.

Email nameworth and tell them that you have a $125K Tier 1 domain that you are willing to liquidate for only 10% of it's nameworth appraisal. Make sure you send them a screenshot of your appraisal.

I mean, if it's worth 125K undeveloped. It's a steal at 12.5K. Pay a great developer another 10K, then pay for professional SEO for a year, say another 25K, that's only 48K in. With a site and traffic and ranking in Google, they can turn around and sell it for probably $250K. That's over 200K profit before hosting fees.
