I would like to share some advice, and thoughts with those who are new to the domain name industry, Domaining is a fun, rewarding, and a money making niche market, your drive, motivation and desire to succeed is how successful you will be in the domain name industry, as a past owner of deleted domain service, NameMob.com, I can tell you, the best way to start is getting the domain names that drop that have back links, search engine indexing, this in itself is a very valuable asset in beginning your domaining, don't focus so much on names that have a google page rank, the reason i say this is, once google see's the site is no longer active, and the search engine do not like parking pages, and wont index them, it will loose it's page rank completely, picking up names with backlinks, and search engine indexing is more important in my opinion,Why? well, lets say you hand register a domain name, you say, i am going to park the name and make money, NO, you wont just begin to make money off a name that has no history, you have to get that name into search engine indexing, website directories, to get traffic to that name, typin traffic you say? you will not get typin traffic from a freshly hand regged domain name, to get on the right road in a effcient amount of time, you are much better starting off registering domain names that are already indexing in search engines= most importantly, names that are already in web directories, and name with back links, how will you get traffic from these names? a simple click from some one using google and finding your domain name, a simple click from some one searching a web directory where this dropped name is indexed, That will lead to page impressions, page impressions will equal to clicks on your parked pages, clicks = domain name parking income
, I have listed two resources i have used for the last couple of years to get raw daily dropped domain names, i have never shared these resources with any one before, although some know of them, alot don't, these resorces have played a valuable factor in myself making domain name parking money, if you are eager, have the drive and motivation, you can excel in this industry, but it does take work on your part to do so, The resources that i will share with you will have .com-.net - info- org- eu- us and more extensions of dropped domain names, these resources also will allow you to go months back, if you wish, and parse through drop lists of past months, One thing i would like to cover, "Traffic Tasters" traffic tasters are people- companies- registers, who register mass amounts of just dropped domain names to check them for traffic, although i disagree with this, and think it is un fair, there is nothing that can be done about, what these tasters will do is, they will register thousands of daily dropped domain names, they will hold them from two days, to a few days, to test out the names and see which get big traffic to them, they usually have no preference of the domain names themselves, they just register thousands, and see which get very high traffic, after these two or few days they hold them, they will then realease the names they do not wish to keep, at that time, those names will then be dropped again, these traffic tasters don't really care about the domain names search engine indexing, web directory indexing and such, they care about the statistics of traffic the names make in the few days they hold them, therefore they release a BUNCH of great search engine and web directory domain names within thier 2 or few days testing, once released, these names are available to register! and i have found some gems in these lists, i don't recomend registering trash names like ikoadsp.com, or trademarked names aswell, there are over 20,000++ domain names dropped every day! there are ALOT of great names in these drops, either for development, or for domain parking, below you will see a link to my newly developed website, you will see a link, first link, center that say's "Get Your Domain Name Drop Lists Here! click that link and it will take you to the page of of the two resources i have talked about, it wont cost you a dime, my recomendation is to copy and these lists to your note pad, if you have excel, that is even better, parse through these lists, go days ahead, today is may 18th, go up to may 19th,20th,21st and so on, if you don't know how to check these names in bulk, go to http://www.domainpunch.com/products/dna/ and download domain name analyzer, you can either upload lists from your note pad .txt file or excel file and it will run the names for you to check for availability, i also recomend using a "domain name monitor" of your choice, put the names in the monitor you most desire, the monitor will let you know when the drop.
