I'm hoping somebody here has used pheenix auctions before, and can help...

I won an auction of a dropped domain at pheenix. There were myself and 7 others who backordered the name, sending it to auction. I ended up winning the auction, but as soon as the auction ended the name disappeared from my account. The auction ended about an hour ago.

My question is, does it normally take some time before the domain shows up in your My Domains tab?

I've sent an email to pheenix support, but wanted to see if I could get a quicker answer from somebody here.

Evidently it takes an hour for the name to show up in your account, as it just popped in now.

for others wondering here is how it works (based on my many experiences with pheenix)

auction ends, within 5 minutes you can click the auctions tab and under that you will see two links, won and lost (wait at least 5 minutes after auction) and it will either be in the won or lost section

about 30 minutes later you will get an email that has the subject "push gained" if you won it that is
