Hi, pleae can my name be appriased?

To me is a very versatile domain name with ample potential. The frequency of this keyword is 57 million, monthly search volume of 33,000 and a CPC of around $3.50.

Any advice is appreciated.

it is a term from programming, so area goes will with .io..but I can not really visualize the end user for that, so not feeling it too much.

If its to do with programming then its even more versatile. Deferred is quite a big term in the financial world. Deferred pensions, tax, compensation, acquisition etc etc.
