Has anyone registered domains on DDD.com? Are they reliable? What about transfers to other registrars?

Want to register some .IO's at $25 per domain.

I also don't know, but I created an account on their website.
It seems that of the payment methods they only have a bank transfer (minimum recharge amount is $100).
