Most likely you would point your domain names to the name servers they provide you once you sign up.

Thanks for the reply but I need a more specific answer.
I do not want to use DNS settings but rather URL Redirection.

For example:

19Parking - searchlabel.com/?o=nfl99999u=<domain>
Sitebox - www.siteboxparking.com/?dp=<domain>&aid=99999

Etc...
