Four letter acronyms can have numerous meanings so I really don’t believe you have anything to worry about, besides, they probably knew the com was available when they registered their domain.

..yes! Not sure when they registered theirs but as for mine - it was today at 19:30 (US, Eastern Standard Time) ...in initial, not after-market...(US Library of Congress (Copyright) seems to be OK, USPTO (Trademarks) - too, except for US Patent # 6,347,092, which has nothing to do at all (different class!) with either Web or my proposed use in commerce).

...and, yes, I checked the US database of stock ticker symbols - DCKM is not taken (yet?).

...in fact, this was meant to be a site the other domain I have just posted for an appraisal (onepapa.com) was going to be forwarded to - what do you think of the other one, if I may ask?
