Wondering if anyone has any ideas for this one? It was an impulse buy, not sure that it has a huge market, but it would be nice for train enthusiasts or model train collectors.

Any idea of value or what to do with it?

There are a surprising number of train buffs out there. Garden trains, steam, models, etc. We visited a restored steam engine railroad in Penn. a year or so ago and there were at least 8 magazines targeting various market segments for sale in the gift shop.

mid $xx reseller imho. I would certainly throw $30-40 at it.

You could get end user $100-$400 imho...just wait it out.

Thanks for all of the feedback guys. I'm thinking of developing into a forum perhaps or trying to find an end user who would like to do this.
