Dan.com minimum starting from 100$???

Hello everyone... Quick question:
Is it normal that Dan.com sets the Default starting offer greater than or equal to 99?
Sounds weird to me. That means that I cannot sell a domain less than 100$?
I am missing something for sure.
What do you think?

its a minimum because of their fees for being a trade platform. They gotta make money someway and with the minimum set they get a certain minimum share. Simple.

Didn't see it on other platforms like Sedo and Afternic.. why?

sedo use to have a minimum $99, dont know why they removed it, maybe to get more lesser fee money.
