The views expressed on this page by users and staff are their own, not those of NamePros.
to my knowledge,
it's an import function
for externally generated leads
the commission is much lower when a sale is closed

when someone makes offer, to your domain , this means "leads 1" in that domain
if 3 makes offer in your domain , this means " leads 3"
_
you can have more information by contacting them via chat button

They should rename it to traditional ESCROW.
5% commission there.

You can use Leads, when you do Outbounding. Then you can just create a lead, the buyer will receive an email to checkout. The commission will be 5%.

Please note that when you choose the option "Lead (negotiating)" the other party will receive an email with the text below. In other words, you must already be in contact with the potential buyer. No cold leads.

You've recently shown interest in the domain name <domain>. This domain is exclusively for sale at the domain marketplace & escrow service DAN.COM.

The owner of the domain would like to negotiate any potential deal between the two of you via our free & easy to use negotiation system.

Please verify your mutual consent and offer of <amount> to start a negotiation by clicking on the confirmation button below.

Yes, You're right. The domainer should choose "Transaction (agreement reached)" Option
