Can someone appraise this domain, I picked it up off a drop list.

I am thinking low-mid xxx

What is there really to see in Dallas except those totally hot cheerleaders?

I would say low $xx to unload it if you cannot develop in some way

It might be a large telecommunications place, but people don't travel for hours to go see a rusty satellite dish do they?

The whole problem is the the image, DallasTrips.com doesn't have the same ring to it as HawaiiTrips.com and never will, I think you are going to be flogging a dead horse with this one, especially when you only have about 170 (exact) this month looking for you.

Agree that dallas isn't an inherently tourist attraction capital but I think the domain still has potential. The key will be getting it to Pg1 and some traffic.

IMHO traffic drives prices more than anything rlse, especially for tourism or commercial sites. I'd say $xx at present. If you can get a good regular flow of traffic in the 100's per month from organic search that price will go up a lot.
