Heres the lowdown
Ive optimized it with adsense, and it should perform pretty well.
On the site, there is a weather widget that displays the weather for Dallas.
It isn't unique, I found it through google :D
Currently, the domain is getting about 1-2 uniques daily, so nothing worth looking at.
It also has not generated any revenue yet (It made about $.25 parked, but that was a few months ago)
The domain expires next month, but if you buy the site at BIN, Ill take $10 off, or renew the domain (and you still pay $45 )
