I think if you've got an offer in the $xx, xxx range you should take it.

Personally I'd say the domain is worth high $x, xxx.

If youve got DirtyDog.com - I would value the domain name at atleast low xx,xxx range. I would shoot for about 20k - but thats just my 2 cents.

Could be used for an adult site or it sounds like a cool name for a cutting edge software company or media group.

I think It Would be a "cool" software company name (kind of like mad dog). I say it will sell for about high x,xxx to the xx,xxx. I say striving for 25k will probrably be the best idea. If you get offered more then that then i say take it before they decide to withdraw the offer.

Do you own Dirty Dog Eyeware in NY?
Trademark search for Dirty Dog says www.DirtyDog.com - with the www and the extension - is a live registered trademark by them, and many other live tm's exist as well for dirty dog. I just noticed that there isn't a 'tm' or 'R' on your site name so wondered if you were the TM holder or if you bought from them.
I note you've parked it with TrafficClub and have general eyewear ppc links on it, but no mention of the Dirty Dog Eyewear store. Did you buy it from them for a steal and then optimize it to scoop the cream of their traffic, you crafty domainer?

At any rate, you can Google dozens of companies with this name, if you put it for auction and start emailing a lot of end users with that business name, or any related interested parties you can think of - adult, comedy, pets, cleaning, etc, etc, etc. - prices should climb nicely.

Personally I'd list it at around 8 - 10 K to start, just so no one is too scared off at the beginning, but fully expect bids to climb well into the low xx,xxx and even mid xx,xxx with motivated buyers. Nice name.
