domain cvlsvc.com - Should I renew?

I bought this awhile ago intending to use it for a freind who was designing a civil service site.

Its due to expire....

IS it worth the reg fee to renew?

Anybody have an idea on what they think its worth?

I would renew the domain anme because you can only sell this name for xxx to a end user and I dont think you will find a end user soon...
