Not sure. There is a tool available for download on a bunch of sites that's called "CustoMyspace." It's been DL'ed from download.com 2,632 times since 11/06. I don't think there would be a trademark issue because it would be used for tools or myspace profile customization tutorials. There's a ton of sites like that. MySpaceGirls.com sold for over $1xx,xxx and I don't think there was an issue with that. BTW, the current owner is now asking 178,000 for that domain.
