Customizable AdSense?

Hi,

I was browsing the web for whatever today, and I came upon this site - with custom adsense fonts, sizes, etc.

How/where does one do this, if they want to customize their Adsense?

Link's giving a 404, but there's some custom font options in your adsense panel, click manage ads/create a new one.

That's a AdSense premium publisher. If you get millions of visitors and something like over $5000 per month they let you do these things.
