Hi, I was wondering if this domain is worth selling ?

I have had this site for some time now and I don't get a whole lot of "orders". But from doing some research, It seems I'm getting alot of people hitting my site by misspelling the word "College"
It's ranked #1 on Google and Yahoo for the search term "Custom Collage"
And after doing a bit of research in Google adwords, there are high CPC advertisers for the word collage.
collins collage $28.87
collage grants $27.99
collages net $10.88
collage board $8.02
bryman collage $8.02
collages in new york $6.63
collage degrees $6.58
collage savings $6.38
And so on.....
My traffic has been steadily increasing.
