I had a Classified Script made custom for me about 1 1/2 years ago. I have yet to use it. Here are a few specs:
PHP and mySQL
Registration, Login System
Upload a picture to your ad (Host on the server) or you can host it elsewhere and it gives the slot to insert the URL of the image
Contact link at the bottom of each ad to the person listed the ad, goes to a contact form
Featured Ads, you can make some extra money this way
Contact Form for owner of the site
Add as many categories as you would like
I believe you can add sub-categories (Would have to check, been to long)

Please don't pay attention to the template, it was just a simple/load fast way to test the script.
I paid $200 for the script, will let go for $135. The script is UNIQUE and the rights will be passed on to whoever buys it, it will be deleted off my computer.
Would be a great script for everyone who owns a site that sells script... You can own your script and sell liscenses.
Can Include a domain if you would like to make it a complete site.
