If I buy a custom title, do I have to pay each time I want to change it?

erm i correct this.. it did say cant, but i mean can!

Long ago, I bought a custom title. I noticed the box to edit a custom title after 2,000 posts. Might be coincidence.

i had mine long before 2000 posts

also, my custom title box is above the 'home page' section of 'edit profile'
in the optional information box!

it's only edit email and birthday above the homepage thing.

I also have the option to change my usertitle...

So does Antman.ws i belive, we are both in the "Web Review Team".
Some get them free depending on their usergroup i presume.

Hmm...yeah it can be accessed by certain user group like mods,review etc. i guess.
